We like to make things simple for our clients and we won’t charge you for any unused time. Our standard rate per hour is £25, no VAT or hidden fees.

Are there a minimum number of hours I need to book per week/month/year?
All businesses are different and some might only need an hour or two a month to keep on top of their admin work. We don’t have a minimum number of hours (or maximum) per week, month or year. We’re here for you when you need us.
Do you only work office hours?
Absolutely not. Whether your admin tasks need to be completed during the day, in the evening or at the weekends… or you’re flexible too… we’re here for you.
How do I give you tasks to do?
We are happy with however you want to do this. Popular options are by email or using a task management platform like Asana.
Are you 100% virtual or are you able to meet me/our team?
We are based in Kent, just outside of London. If we are able to, we would love to meet you! Building a great relationship with our clients is very important to us and meetings are very welcome.
